The Company has over 16,000 employees and 11000+ user base and is a subsidiary of one of the world’s leading suppliers of fast moving consumer goods with strong local roots in more than 100 countries across the globe with annual sales of €51 billion in 2012.

The Objectives

  • Implementation of Security and GRC.
  • Version Migration from Virsa to GRC 5.3
  • Post Implementation Production Support (L2 and L3).

Key Deliverables

  • Implementation of Security and GRC
    • Designed and Implemented user Authorizations across all Systems Modules in the SAP Landscape.
    • The Business Process coverage included Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financials & GL, CRM, SRM, SCM, MIS in BIW.
    • Implemented VIRSA. Modeled and managed SAP User ID Creations. Designed, implemented and managed Authorization Roles across the SAP landscape.
  • Version Migration from Virsa to GRC 5.3
    • Successful Migration from VIRSA to GRC 5.3 across all the business areas and SAP Landscape (11 modules – ECC).
    • BIW, XI, EP, SRM,CRM, SOLMAN,APO,CAFS, GRC, SMC(ICH)) covering India and Srilanka.
  • Production Support (L2 & L3)
    • Level 2 & 3 Production Support in areas of security. Post migration the support is continued for GRC 5.3 (RAR and SPM).
    • Support is provided for Production, Development & QA systems on 24X6 basis.
