The Client

The client is a leading global manufacturer and distributor of high quality shower doors, tub doors; shower enclosures and acrylics shower bases. The company is very well known for off-the-shelf and custom shower door solutions with sleek modern style and impressive high-valuelue. They are passionate about smart and visionary design delivering affordable luxury bathroom solutions to the bath and shower marketplace.

The Challenge

The Client wanted to automate the Return Process. The main challenges were as follows:

  • Warehouse was not able to use functionality over Mobile or IPAD.
  • Search functionality was not accurate and fast.
  • User was not able to upload multiple attachments in a single go.
  • User was not able to take a snap from IPAD and upload it.
  • There is 20 MB limitation to upload file.
  • Creation of duplicate cases for return product.

The Solution

  • JKT adopted Salesforce Lightning component based solution.
  • Used Lightning Design System which allows to build a responsive app without writing single line of CSS and compatible across multiple browsers and screen sizes.
  • Lightning file upload component allows users to upload multiple file in a single go and up to 2 GB in size.
