Client has many HCM/HRO products and these products are available in license, SaaS and outsource service model. In order to remain competitive, they havet heavily invested in modernization of the products. Over the years JKT executed many modernization projects for their flagship product iCON which is core to the SaaS and outsource services. JKT has executed projects to make:

JKT proposed a solution that is based on various Progress technologies:
- Modernizing the GUI screens and functionality was one of the key initiative and that involves web page compatible in IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari web browsers.
- JQuery features are used for AJAX call on the pages.
- JReporting systems enhanced to support multiple format of report output such as CSV, XLS, TXT etc. 3rd party or vendor integration in real time was done using web service API for data import and export.
- JSpanish localization of application was done using translation API method. Mobile app is developed on Telerik platform for faster and robust application.
