Job Description /Required Skills:

  • The Unify Support level 2 is an application support role which requires 6 days a week(Mon-Sat) working.
  • The team provides technical support for HUL application – IKEA, a DMS application and other related applications in Secondary sales domain. IKEA is Java based application whose back end is MS SQL.
  • n case of any issues reported by Level 1 support team, Level 2 engineers are supposed to check the issue, analyze it and work on corrections for the same either by them or with the help of Level 3/ Development team.

Skill Set(Mandatory):

  • Sound knowledge of MS SQL, Basic MS Excel, Documentations skill along with trouble shooting and analysis skill. Basic knowledge of Java.

Skill Set(Desirable):

  • Java knowledge, have worked in Level 2 support team earlier preferably in FMCG company.
  • Qualification / Education: MCA, MSC(IT), BE, BIT
