Job Description:

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Candidate should be 5+ Yrs. of experience with good SAP E2E process knowledge.
• Candidate should have worked on handling production issues with experience of iDOC analysis.
• Candidate should have good analytics experience in preparing data in SAP for business in Delivery / Shipment / Shipment cost areas.
• Candidate should have experience in testing skills.
• Candidate should be good in communication as it would be customer facing role.
• Quaification/Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA.

Responsibilities include:

• Production issues.
• Connect the relevant teams to identify the RCA.
• Provide proper updates to the users reporting the issue.
• Assess if the issues can be fixed permanently and provide a solution for SME’s review.
• Adhoc Request: Testing & Analytics.
• Ensure quality in the work.
• Coordinate with relevant teams (Project or Support – OTM, PI, MuleSoft).
• Assess if the issues can be fixed permanently and provide a solution for SME’s review.
• Assign testing task resources and ensuring timely completion.

New Requirement or Enhancement:

• Understanding requirement.
• Prepare high level summary / BPD.
• Share timeline with Unilever.
• Preparing documentation for CR creation (FS / Test scripts).
• Review test scripts.
• Review test results.
• Validating the accuracy of the deployed changes.
• Prepare documentation and train the team members.
• Work Guidelines.
• Update workplan regularly.
• Understanding and responding to mails addressed to the team, pertained to individual scope (this has been one point which Naveen was not handling properly).
• MOM for the meeting hosted (No proper MOM circulated after meeting).
• Understanding of the E2E functionality.
