Access to different areas of the ERP has to be controlled based on SOX guidelines. The Standard Edition of QAD didn’t have a strong roles and responsibilities module for providing controlled user access.

eCAM+ is a Workflow based, self-service enabled application for end to end user access management, ensuring compliant user access provisioning and through regulated approvals.

Features of eCAM+

It uses the latest Web 2.0 technology and is integrated with QAD. The self-service forms help users to submit the requests (Joiner / Mover / Leaver). The workflow based tool has multi-level approvals and automated alternate approver re-assignment and sends email alerts to approvers and requestor.

It complies with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and avoids potential financial / inventory losses. Seamless SoD checks (preventive & detective risks) against pre-defined risks, SoD checks integrated to workflow, with option for approvers to mitigate risks are some of its features.
