- Allows customers to buy a bouquet of support hours (for both Admin and Customization tickets) and then add and reduce hours as they go on.
- Bouquet is in multiples of 80 support hours and booked in advance of 30 days, allows customers to size their bouquet in terms of their forecasted demand.
- Share pool of resources from the SFDC AO pool to address the tickets. The pool consists of SFDC Administrators, Business Analysts, Data Load Specialists, Customization Specialists.
- Provide Customers the agility, flexibility and the right engagement model.
