DELHI, India – Apr. 4, 2012 – Specsavers, the world’s largest privately-owned optical group, has selected JK Tech, part of the JK Organisation, one of India’s largest industrial conglomerates, to provide on and off-shore application support in a three year managed services contract worth £3 million.
The JK Tech team will deliver an ITIL-based application management service covering 30 legacy applications with a focus on maintaining and improving application stability through quality processes at a reduced cost.
