JK Technosoft (JKT) leadership team is continuously assessing and responding to the crisis as it evolves, to serve you better. In addition, we are operating in accordance with guidance from federal, state, and local governments and public health authorities across the regions that we operate in. We have activated a robust business risk-mitigating actions as it relates to our people and our customers.
For maintaining the business continuity various policies & processes have been developed for our partners and employees to carry out their work smoothly without any operational disruptions. JKT is focused on the employee’s mental wellbeing and has initiated multiple virtual activities (such as quiz, fitness challenge, fun activities, etc.) to engage employees during the national lockdown.

Q2. What is JK Technosoft’s Business Continuity Plan?

JK Technosoft follows an impact-based approach that maintains a robust business continuity program, reviewed on an annual basis. Our response plans address the availability of our workforce, workplaces, network, data, and critical interdependencies. We have aligned our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible. We are also postponing company and customer events till it is safe for us to meet in person.

Q3. What impact is COVID-19 having on lead times for services?

JK Technosoft is ensuring that all our employees are healthy and safe while following self- isolation and advisory updates from the local government and public health authorities. We ensure that the business will operate as usual. In case of lead times, if COVID-19 intensifies, we will keep you informed on any impacts that would affect business.
