The client produces and distributes analytical laboratory equipment. With its headquarters in the, UK, it does its operations in the international market including the UK, and the US.

The Challenges

Every year the client acquires new companies. They wished to convert and control the legacy system of acquired companies with the latest technology used within the company which would enable them to digitally integrate all the information.

The Objective

The Solution

JK Tech proposed a core+Flex approach to address customers’ key challenges from an Operational Stability Stage to Full Engagement. The approach is to keep a single-core ERP at the center and a flexible end system at the periphery. This will commence with a transition and induction into the client’s enterprise architecture.

  • Supporting the client with any type of migration or new company code configuration.
  • Central Data Migration and Data Management.

  • Implement localizations for various regions of Europe, and other global locations as per the country’s statutory requirement, and provided a tax solution system.

  • Process Automation- With the help of RPA we automated their process. For example, invoice processing and costing run.

  • Third-party system Integrations – Salesforce, ShipERP, Zilliant, QAD, EDICOM, and RPA

  • Unit Testing and Integration Testing – We provided support if the client needed testing in process automation at any point in time.
